The Central Services comprises the following units: Biometrics, Library, Documentation and Training.
Overall Objectives
The overall objectives of the team are to provide biometrics, training, library and documentation services to ZARI to enable it conduct quality research.
Specific Objectives
To provide services in the design and analysis of both field and laboratory experiments and surveys
To monitor research activities
To co-ordinate research training needs of the ZARI.
To provide library and information documentation services
To contribute to the improvement of the welfare of the
Zambian people through the provision of technologies &
services that enhances household, food, security and
equitable income generating opportunities for the farming
community and agricultural enterprise.
